QUICK GUIDE TO THE SUBDIVISION PROCESS

  • Discuss subdivision proposal with Brayley & Hayes.

  • Plan of Proposed Subdivision drawn. Tax invoice for proposal stage fees forwarded to client.

  • Client approved Plan of Proposed Subdivision and Application for Planning Permit to Subdivide submitted to council. A Planning Report may be  required. Fees will be payable.

  • Fieldwork scheduled.

  • Client obtains quotes from authorities.

  • Council refers plan of proposed Subdivision to relevant authorities, planning Permit issued.

  • Survey completed and Plan of Subdivision submitted to council.

  • Tax invoice for survey fees forwarded to client.

  • Client to ensure that Planning Permit requirements have been fulfilled.

  • Certified Plan of Subdivision and Statement of Compliance forwarded to solicitor for lodging at Title Office.
